My Genius Hour Quition

This term we were doing genius Hour. Genius Hour is when we think about our passions and we come up with a question that we want to solve or find the answer to.

Here is my Genius Hour question, To teach people how to defend them selves from bullies?

Healthy living day.

We made smoothys and salad on healthy living day with room 8.
We made banana and mango smoothys and the salad had different types of fruit.
after that all the schools were going to different activities and stuff. I enjoyed everything  in one day.

Food for thought

Today my class went the new world for food thought. We all got a pencil and a peace of paper and card board to walk in to the new world, we were in groups. When we went inside my group were looking for green,white,red,purple,blue and orange coloured fruit and vegies. After that we were going to different aisles to see the energy and how much suger and that. after everything finished we got heaps of new world gardens.

 we were doing Fun run Last Friday. People were cheering As The puriri  started off. Some of their parents were here. I

wasn’t scared. When it was the year 4’s turn. We ran like  the wind. I  almost came third place but I was so tired. So I came 7th place. It was fun next time will try my very best.

Cross country

The last 4 weeks we were doing cross country.








We are training for the real cross country which is on September the  2th. I will be sprinting my way across the  finish line. I will try to come first.
